Singer/flutist Melissa “Lizzo” Jefferson is joining fellow Atlantic Records artist Belcalis “Cardi B” Almánzar in Hustlers. The upcoming STX Entertainment-produced movie follows a group of strip club employees that are on a mission to get revenge on their Wall Street clients.

Hustlers also stars Jennifer Lopez, Keke Palmer, Constance Wu, Lili Reinhart, Julia Stiles, Mercedes Ruehl, Trace Lysette, Mette Towley, and Madeline Brewer. The film is scheduled for release on September 13.

Lizzo just dropped her Cuz I Love You studio album on April 19, and the project has been met with critical acclaim. The Detroit-born, Houston-raised songstress also made headlines for appearing alongside Janelle Monáe at the 2019 Coachella festival.

Both Lizzo and Monáe are part of the UglyDolls cast as well. Kelly Clarkson, Nick Jonas, Pitbull, Blake Shelton, Wanda Sykes, Gabriel Iglesias, Wang Leehom, Emma Roberts, Bebe Rexha, and Charli XCX also voiced characters for that animated motion picture set to land in theaters on May 3 via STX Entertainment.
