Diddy and his lawyers have been busy over the past week in court, addressing lawsuits filed against the megarich mogul.
The rapper recently settled a lawsuit with a photographer who claimed Diddy commanded his bodyguards to beat him down and take his camera, after an inicident on New Year’s Eve in Miami.
The incident began in 2011, when Diddy was leaving a downtown hotel, when Gustavo Garces attempt snap Bad Boy founder’s picture. The man claimed the security guards held him and punched him and stole his camera.
Diddy’s lawyers have finally reached a confidential settlement with Garces, although terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
The rapper also scored a legal victory in court earlier today (August 17), in regards to lawsuit filed by his former chef, who claimed she was forced to serve the naked mogul breakfast in bed, after he and had sex.
Cindy Rueda signed an ironclad legal agreement with the mogul, which forces the case into arbitration to reach a settlement, as opposed to going to court.
A judge ruled in favor of the rapper today, and she must use arbitration to settle the sexual harassment lawsuit, as stated by the employment agreement she signed with the mogul.
