Skepta dropped a brand new track aimed at Wiley called ‘Wish You Were Here’ recently – with Tim Westwood playing the world premiere right here on Capital XTRA – but now Wiley has responded.

After Skepta poked fun at Wiley’s infamous tradition of not turning up to events he’s booked for, including his own birthday rave recently, the Godfather addressed the situation on Twitter.

Directly calling out Skepta, Wiley tweeted, ‘@Skepta We both gonna see is who is the real junior. no fencing’ before he later added, ‘@Skepta Today my brother I bring you back down to earth.Once and for all.’

But Skepta wasn’t the only artist Wiley was upset with after ‘Wish You Were Here’ was released, with Skepta’s good friend Drake taking his turn in the firing line.

Aiming a jibe at the Canadian rapper, Wiley tweeted, ‘@Drake is my g but this is his fault he keeps putting batteries in people’s backs #mybro’.

Wiley hasn’t stopped there though because the Grime legend went on to reveal that he’s got a musical response to Skepta’s ‘diss’ already recorded and that Tim Westwood is set to premiere it on his upcoming Capital XTRA show.

After being quizzed by numerous people online about whether he was going to share a response, Wiley revealed, ‘Westwood is gonna premiere it bro relax’.

Tim Westwood is live on Capital XTRA every Saturday from 7-11pm, so make sure you’re locked in this week to here the world premiere of Wiley’s response to ‘Wish You Were Here’.
